Daniel Wilson

Daniel studied Film and Creative Writing at Liverpool John Moores University, and prior to this at Carmel College. Since graduating in 2019 has engaged in many filming projects as a director of photography such as the film ‘Light of a Life’ under New Film Cinema. He has a passion for cinematography. He works regularly with Knapsack Media, a film company that offers showreel services to actors and creates content such as web series and short films. Daniel has also been a voluntary cub scout leader since 2014, teaching children important life skills such as first aid and recycling.

Faye Griffiths

Faye is a professional actor who graduated the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts with a first class BA Hons Acting degree in 2022. She has always loved performing arts since attending Chiltern Dance Studio since the age of 3, and is overjoyed to teach and share her passion with the young talents at PQA during our Comedy & Drama lessons. Some credits include: Juliet in Daniel Taylor Productions ‘Romeo and Juliet’, Fairy Cross the Mersey in Just Entertainment’s LTD pantomime ‘Dick Whittington’, and more recently, Angel Gloria in Old Fruit Jar’s Productions ‘It’s a Wonderful Life’. Faye is so excited to see what the future holds for everybody at PQA, and the fun and magic that will come with it.

Kemi Carty

Hi my name is Kemi-Ann, I love performing and the creative arts. This paired with working in the development of young children, and watching them learn and grow is something I’ll always enjoy. I used to be a PQA student myself and took away so much from the experience. I’ve now gone onto study acting full time, as well as professional experience in the world of Film and TV. I’m excited to share my passion and knowledge with the next generation of young performers.

Leah Wolff-Smethurst

Leah is currently undergoing her degree at Liverpool hope university in special education and disability studies. She has always had a passion for musical theatre and from this has stemmed a love for teaching it, and gained her singing qualification. Leah prides herself on her ability to bond with students and to give them the love of performing arts that she had as a child.

Lucy Goulding

Lucy has a huge passion for anything creative and artistic- whether that’s singing, dancing, creative writing, or acting. Lucy loves working with young people and helping them to recognise their full potential. She strives to inspire others and is dedicated to helping them feel confident enough to raise their own creative ideas and deliver strong acting performances. She is looking forward to assisting in Film and TV, where she can help aspiring actors and film crew of the future to build their performance and production skills!

Ruth Parsons

Ruth loves working with children and the buzz of performing. She loves watching the transformation of shy children blossoming into self-confident performers. Ruth loves working with the Poppets age group. She loves the fun and all the craziness! But mostly she loves seeing the Poppets grow in confidence and ability and is so proud of them when they grow up and join the main academy. She has experience of stage-managing a range of productions and is bringing those organisational skills to the role of Vice Principal.
